We are offering four $1,500 mini-grants to support local units in engaging families, promoting inclusion, fostering creativity, and building stronger school communities. • Council PTAs coordinating programs across multiple schools
  • Applications must be submitted by a PTA officer or designated member
How to Apply
  1. Review Grant Guidelines: Choose a grant type and ensure your program aligns with its objectives.
  2. Submit a Proposal: Using the link connected to each grant description below, complete the mini-grant application form, including a brief plan, budget, and expected outcomes.
  3. Deadlines: Submit proposals according to the grant cycle (see dates above).
  4. Funding & Use: Funds may be used for supplies, event materials, guest honorariums, marketing, or small incentives.
  5. Each unit may apply for multiple grants, but can only be awarded one per grant cycle. Please complete one application per submission.
Evaluation Criterium
Each proposal will be evaluated based on this rubric, with scores from 1 to 5 (based on the strength of their plan).

Grant applications will not be scored based on grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.  Specific hard numbers are not required in the budget area. What should be clear to the judges is how your unit intends to use the funding in support of your project.

A list of the grant questions can be found here.
