End of Fiscal Year - 06/30/20

Tuesday, June 30, marks the end of your PTA's fiscal year. No checks for the 2019-2020 school year should be written after this date. When you receive the bank statement covering the period ending June 30, you will be ready to have your annual financial review (audit) completed. Please let us know if we can assist you with your review and taxes. The earlier you get your books to a member of our Indiana PTA board, the quicker we can help you complete this process to remain in Good Standing.

2020-2021 Officer's Lists: Past Due!

Click here for the online form to complete your unit or council's 2020-2021 Officer and Committee Chair List. As a bonus - as your unit fills out your officer list we will be creating an "@indianapta.org" email account for each unit and sharing the account information with your president. Along with this email account you will receive access to that account's Google Drive.  We will put in this drive copies of some of your unit's important documents (bylaws, etc.) so that you can easily access them.  You can also use this drive to store information for your unit in a place that your unit is guaranteed to have access to for years to come. If you have any questions, need any help, or even just need your password reset you can always email accounts@indianapta.org for assistance.

To bolster your membership recruitment activities, National PTA has developed a brand new suite of membership materials, including a campaign toolkit that outlines how to effectively communicate the value of PTA membership, a suite of dynamic visuals and collateral materials, and a campaign rollout checklist.

RSVP Now for 2020-2021 Virtual Training Opportunities

Indiana PTA has moved all back to school training sessions online for the start of the 2020-2021 school year. All units should plan to attend at least one of the our FREE virtual trainings to prepare for the upcoming year. (See the dates here.) Attendance will provide your PTA with valuable information, as well as satisfy the annual training requirement to be a Unit in Good Standing. All sessions will last approximately 90 minutes.
