We had a wonderful convention in April 2011 and have left the pograms below up so you can see some of the information provided.
Rest assured the 2012 Convention will be something, as we are celebrating our 100th year as a PTA!
Is there something missing? Email Dee Jones, Convention Committee Chair and let her know what you’d like to attend in 2012!
Workshop Tracks for Everyone
There will be 4 tracks this year, to meet the needs of everyone. The NEWCOMER track will focus on giving new leaders the tools they need to run a PTA. The EXPERIENCED track will devote time to seasoned PTA volunteers and exploring more in-depth topics. The EDUCATOR track will be tailored to educators working to earn professional development points. And the STUDENT track will be just for students in grades 6-12.
The learning tracks are just a suggestion, and as always, any
delegate is welcome to take any workshop they have an interest in.
