CeCe White
CeCe White has served as an advocate for children through PTA at the local, council, and state levels. The importance of parent involvement and volunteerism in the education arena began for her in 1996 when her son Marcus entered Columbia Elementary School. There, CeCe served as room mom for her son’s kindergarten class. She later went on to serve on the Columbia Elementary School PTA Executive Committee in various roles. After two years, CeCe eventually took on the role as President.
At the state level CeCe is currently serving as Diversity Chairman for the State PTA, she also sits on Bylaws, PR Marketing, and Member Services Committees for the states PTA. CeCe continuing to be the voice for our children. CeCe is also the President of the Parent Advisory Board for TRIO at Purdue Calumet.

Julie Klingenberger- Northeast Region VP
Julie Klingenberger
Julie resides in Fort Wayne with her husband of 18 years, David. They have three children, Michael 15, Matthew 13, and Bridget 11. She has been an active PTA member for 10 years. She has served the Indiana PTA as Northeast Region Vice President for the past two years. Throughout her four year tenure on the Board she has served as chairman for Lesiglative, Awards, and Nominating and Leadership Development Committees. She is the Immediate Past President of the FW Area PTA Council, and creator of the Father’s Being Involved (FBI) Program . She has served as Forest Park Elementary’s President, Vice President, and Treasurer. She currently is serving as treasurer for Blackhawk MS PTSA and as the Snider HS PTSA President. She is also involved with Autism Speaks, and enjoys being a Band Chaperone for the Mighty Panther Marching Band.

Carissa Dollar- Central Region VP
Carissa Dollar
Carissa Dollar is from Indianapolis and is currently serving State PTA as Central Region Vice President and in the local arena as Warren Township Council President, Raymond Park Academy PTSA – Corresponding Secretary and served as President of Brookview Elementary PTA from 2008-2011.
Carissa states that “as Central Region Vice President, I am here to support our local units and councils in any way I can. If you have questions, concerns, need guidance or ideas, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help”.
Like most of us, Carissa got involved because she wanted to know what was going on in her own children’s school and wanted to get to know the people working there.Since then, she’s stayed involved because she’s discovered the amazing difference that parental involvement in our schools can make for ALL of the children across Indiana.
Carissa started out as a volunteer at Brookview’s annual fall carnival, moved on to chair the staff appreciation committee and then became recording secretary and finally president

Heidi Rueger- Southern Region VP
Heidi Rueger
Heidi Rueger is currently the Southern Region VP. She is Reitz High School PTSA’s Secretary, Citizenship Chair with the Evansville Area Council and is affiliated with the Academy of Innovative Studies PTSA.
Heidi joined PTA when her oldest son entered Kindergarten. She volunteered at the clothing bank for the Evansville Area Council and thought it was such a great program that helped kids in need.
Heidi has received a State Life award.
Heidi has been married to Jim for 23 years and has two sons, Brandon and Blake.
