Student Citizenship Essay Contest
To promote good citizenship, the Indiana PTA is again sponsoring the Student Citizenship Essay Contest for students in grades 4-12. This years' theme was submitted by: Aaron Rose, from Harris Elementary PTA in Fort Wayne.
